The service
Memory Typer is a memorization app for iPhone, iPad and the web, operated by Millennial Apps, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Memory Typer.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for your account activity. Your documents and progress belong to you; we claim no ownership of the text you add. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful content.
Licenses and payment
Full access requires an active license. The Annual plan renews automatically every year until canceled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase without recurring charges. Eligible new annual subscribers receive a seven-day free trial, then pay the annual price shown at purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency before confirmation. Existing paid-download customers retain lifetime access through purchase verification.
App Store subscriptions
Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or after any applicable free trial. Your annual subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Deleting Memory Typer or your app account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Web payments
Stripe processes payments made on the web. Manage web subscriptions through the web app’s subscription management controls. We do not store your payment card details.
Apple license agreement
The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Disclaimers and changes
Memory Typer is provided as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for claims related to the service is limited to what you paid for it in the preceding twelve months. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms by posting changes here.
