Email support@millennialsolutions.com for help with Memory Typer, purchases, account access or privacy. Include your device type, app version and a description of the issue. Never send your password.
Restore purchases
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If you bought the earlier paid-download app, use “I bought MemoryTyper before” or contact support. If your license is on another Memory Typer account, sign in to that account.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Delete Account. If you are at the paywall, use Delete Account there. Follow the confirmation and sign-in prompts. This deletes app data; it does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you cannot sign in, email support@millennialsolutions.com for assistance.
Manage subscriptions
Manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Manage web subscriptions in the Memory Typer web app.
